Our beef is grown right here in the heart of North Central Florida. Our cattle are grain finished, but are kept on pasture their whole lives. Here at Young Haven Beef, we ensure that our cattle are happy and healthy! We believe that this contributes to our ability to provide our customers with a quality product.
Dry Aged Beef.
Our USDA inspected beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Dry aging beef creates a deeper flavor while increasing the tenderness. With our dry aged beef, you’re sure to experience tender cuts of beef exploding with flavor!
